01. Account Initialization
To access the ClearlyHired command center, you must initialize an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your identity.
ClearlyHired reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our engineering standards or engage in automated extraction of our proprietary systems without authorization.
02. Resume Extraction & Accuracy
Our parsing system extracts data from your provided resumes. While we strive for zero-loss extraction, ClearlyHired does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are required to review and verify the "Profile Truth" before finalizing your dashboard.
By uploading documents, you grant ClearlyHired a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of profile hydration and application automation services.
03. Automated Application Support
ClearlyHired acts as a copilot for your job search. While our systems automate the delivery of your applications to target channels, the final response from employers depends on external variables beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the hiring decisions or communication protocols of third-party employers.
04. Subscription & Termination
Paid features are subject to our billing cycle. You may terminate your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are governed by our performance-guarantee policies where applicable.
