Privacy Policy

ClearlyHired uses career information to support reviewed profiles, matched applications, and product operations. This page explains that public-facing approach.

01. Data Minimization

We collect the information needed to build and maintain your profile, support application workflows, and keep the product usable. This can include your name, contact details, work history, education, and related resume data.

We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. The information you share is used to support ClearlyHired features and workflow operations.

02. Encryption & Storage

Access to uploaded documents and profile data is intended to stay limited to product operations, authenticated access paths, and the parts of the workflow required to deliver the service.

03. Data Processing Logic

ClearlyHired processes resume files to extract structured profile information and support job-search workflow features. Public pages should not imply broader data use than the product actually requires.

04. User Rights

Users should be able to review and manage their account information through available product settings and support channels, including data export or deletion requests where the maintained product supports them.

Your data is yours.

The public product should stay clear about what data supports the workflow and why.
